Your Satisfaction Matters to Us
We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase from Marwa Modesty - we request you to make your decisions before confirming your order, still we’re more than happy to help if something isn’t right.
If you receive an item that is damaged, has a stitching issue, or differs significantly in color or fabric quality, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will gladly assist you with an exchange or store credit, depending on the situation.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- We are not responsible for personal change of mind.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of use.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns Procedure
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
